Momentum was formed by 4 directors with over 100 years of combined utilities industry experience.

We offer a team of experienced auditors, assessors and engineers to work on behalf of third parties carrying out impartial assessment and coaching to metering, gas maintenance & electrical operatives, as well as engineering works as required.
We strive to ensure industry standards are exceeded and implemented effectively.
RHYS WYNNE
Managing Director
With over 30 years’ industry experience Rhys has amassed a wealth of sound business acumen, entrepreneurial flare and technical knowledge, with a clear understanding of the regulatory environment in both the gas and electricity Industry. Rhys was co-founder of Utility Partnership Ltd in 1996 - Its reputation for service excellence and innovative solutions resulted in UPL delivering profitable growth for nearly two decades until its acquisition by Smart Metering Systems PLC in 2014. Rhys became the Group Chief Operating Office responsible for daily operation of the SMS group. During his tenure Rhys implemented the strategy which enabled the transformation of SMS PLC into the market leading smart meter service provider through the acquisition of CH4, Trojan Utilities and Qton Solutions.
